Taylor Frankie Paul has rejected a temporary custody agreement that would have granted her significantly more supervised parenting time with two of her children, according to sources familiar with the matter.
Her ex-husband, Tate Paul, proposed giving Taylor approximately 35% parenting time with their 8-year-old daughter, Indy, and 6-year-old son, Ocean, while the juvenile court case remains pending.

The proposed schedule, offered on Monday, included visits every other weekend from Friday through Monday, plus a midweek overnight stay.
Sources say the deal aimed to align Taylor's parenting time with the schedule she already has for her 2-year-old son, Ever, whose father is Dakota Mortensen, allowing all three siblings to spend time together.
All visits would have been supervised by Taylor's family, preferably her sister Aspen, with her mother Lian and father Jeremy as backups.

The visits were to take place at Lian and Jeremy's home, and Taylor would not be allowed to take the children to her residence without supervision.
Despite the offer of "substantially more time with Indy and Ocean," Taylor declined the proposal.
Sources also claim Taylor has turned down virtual and professionally supervised visits with Indy and Ocean and has not exercised all her available parenting time with Ever.
However, sources close to Taylor say Tate and Dakota each offered separate custody agreements giving her 40% custody time, which she also rejected.

Taylor's side says she is preparing for a lengthy custody battle, believing her exes are colluding.
They add that she didn't exercise all her time because she was following medical advice to switch medications, which was used against her to imply a drug addiction.
Earlier this month, Utah's Division of Child and Family Services filed a petition asking a family court to find that her three children are abused and to order protective supervision services.
