Drake Von, an award-winning gay porn star, was arrested in Los Angeles for possessing a toxic substance, marking his latest run-in with the law.
The adult film actor, whose real name is Dawson Bacon, was taken into custody Tuesday and booked at the LAPD Van Nuys jail on a misdemeanor charge of possession of a substance similar to toluene.

Toluene is a colorless liquid that is highly toxic when inhaled and can cause dizziness.
According to records, Von was released Wednesday on his own recognizance.
The LAPD told TMZ that officers responded to a call about two males using narcotics on the street Tuesday night.

When they arrived, they arrested Von but did not detain the second person.
Von has faced several legal issues recently. In June, he was arrested in Las Vegas and charged with attempting to strangle his partner.
That same month, he was also arrested for driving under the influence.
Von has been performing in gay porn since he turned 18.

He was nominated for eight awards at the 2024 GayVN Awards, which honor work in the gay adult film industry.
He won awards for Favorite Twink and Favorite C***.
Von and his identical twin brother, Silas, also run an OnlyFans account called "The Baconator Twins."

TMZ reached out to Von for comment on his latest arrest but has not received a response.
