Kanye West and his former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta have settled the sexual harassment lawsuit she filed against him, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
The settlement was reached on July 23, 2026, and is described as "unconditional."

A request for dismissal will be submitted within 45 days of that date, per the filing.
Financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed. Representatives for West have not responded to requests for comment.
Pisciotta originally sued the rapper in 2024, alleging he fired her after sending numerous sexually explicit texts and videos.

One message reportedly read, "See my problem is I be wanting to f*** but then after I f*** I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f***** while I'm f****** them.
Then I want her to cheat on me."

She also claimed West masturbated and touched her vagina during a hotel stay before falling asleep mid-sentence.
Additionally, Pisciotta alleged he drugged her at a studio session co-hosted by Diddy.
This is not the first sexual assault accusation against West. In 2010, a woman named Jenn An claimed he sexually assaulted and roughed her up.

An has since spoken publicly about the incident, while West denies the allegations.
