Amazon has introduced two new smart speakers in India: the Echo Dot Max and the Echo Studio.
Both devices aim to deliver a richer audio experience while enhancing smart home connectivity.

The Echo Dot Max is the most advanced model in the Echo Dot lineup.
It features a two-way speaker system with a dedicated woofer and tweeter, offering deeper bass and clearer vocals.
Amazon claims the bass output is nearly three times that of the previous Echo Dot (5th Gen). The speaker also adjusts its audio based on room acoustics.
The Echo Studio targets users seeking immersive entertainment.

It supports Dolby Atmos spatial audio and includes a high-excursion woofer with three full-range drivers for room-filling sound.
Both speakers sport a compact spherical design with a fabric finish. They support music streaming from Amazon Music, Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, and Audible.
Smart Home and Performance Upgrades
Amazon's Omnisense technology is integrated into both devices, combining audio, motion, ultrasound, and temperature sensing for smarter automation.

Users can control compatible lights, fans, air conditioners, and other devices via Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Thread, Matter, and Bluetooth.
The Echo Dot Max is the first in its series to include a built-in smart home hub. Custom AZ3 chips improve Alexa wake-word detection and response speed.
Amazon has confirmed that both speakers will support Alexa+, the upcoming generative AI-powered assistant, once it launches in India.
