Griffith is also required to hand over all documents related to his travel to and from Maryland on the weekend of May 20-23, 2023, when he claims the assault occurred.

This includes flight arrangements, luggage, hotel stays, and ride-share receipts.

Additionally, Griffith must provide text exchanges between the two men, as well as any conversations he had with or about Diggs.

The judge denied Diggs' request for sanctions against Griffith.

Diggs originally sued Griffith for defamation, alleging that the claims of assault ruined his reputation and caused him harm.

Griffith countersued, claiming he was drugged and sexually assaulted by Diggs at his Maryland home.

In his countersuit, Griffith alleged that Diggs exposed himself and invited him to his room, which Griffith refused.

He also claimed that a week after the alleged assault, Diggs had his brother and others beat him up to keep him quiet.
