Tom Brady and Logan Paul are reportedly in talks to settle their differences in a WWE ring, but one former NFL star is urging the quarterback to stay away.
TMZ Sports caught up with three-time First-team All-Pro cornerback Patrick Peterson at Billy "Swagga" Vance's golf invitational last week, where he shared his thoughts on Brady's potential wrestling venture.
Peterson made it clear he's not a fan of the idea.
"Tom don't wanna go to WWE," Peterson said. "He's a quarterback -- and I know Tom is a tough guy.
I had the opportunity to be around Tom a bunch of times."
"He is a hard-nosed Michigan man. Those Michigan men, they definitely wear their heart on their sleeve, but the WWE, Tom?
Just let it be. Just let it be, man."
Despite Peterson's warning, TMZ previously reported that WWE and Brady are in ongoing negotiations to make something happen.
Peterson also weighed in on the grass vs. turf debate for NFL stadiums, offering an equally passionate opinion.
