A floating restaurant and bar known as a celebrity hangout was engulfed in flames on a New Hampshire lake.
The Dive, located on Lake Winnipesaukee in Alton, caught fire, sending thick black smoke into the sky.

Firefighters battled the blaze from boats on the water.
The fire has been extinguished, and no injuries were reported.
Authorities have not determined the cause. The New Hampshire State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating.

The owners of The Dive expressed devastation over the loss on social media, stating, "Today has been the hardest day in our journey."
They added, "What matters most, though, is that every single person made it off safely. For that, we are incredibly grateful."

The owners thanked authorities for their efforts and said, "The Dive may be gone, but the amazing community around it is stronger than ever."
The Dive was a popular destination for boaters, serving food and drinks.
The lake has long been a spot for celebrities like Adam Sandler, Jimmy Fallon, and Drew Barrymore.

Investigators are working to determine what caused the fire.
