Patrick Clancy, the ex-husband of Lindsay Clancy, has filed an unusual motion asking the judge to prohibit the display of photographs of their three murdered children during her upcoming murder trial.

Patrick discovered the children dead in their Duxbury, Massachusetts home in January 2023.

He reportedly submitted the motion this week, also requesting that his 911 call not be played in court.

The trial is set to be televised, and Patrick argues that broadcasting such graphic details would cause immeasurable emotional harm to his family.

Lindsay Clancy is accused of strangling her children—Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and 8-month-old Callan—with elastic workout bands.

Patrick had been out picking up dinner and returned to find Lindsay had jumped from a second-story window, leaving her paralyzed.

The defense is expected to argue insanity, claiming Lindsay suffered from postpartum psychosis at the time of the killings.

Patrick, now remarried, intends to testify in her defense.
