Warren Hudson, the best friend of Nolan Wells, is speaking out about the dangers of Horn Island, calling it a 'very, very dangerous' place where he knows other people have died.
Hudson sat down with YouTuber Brandon Tatum this week to explain why he contacted the Coast Guard after Wells failed to return from the island.

On the night of July 4, Hudson said he hadn't heard from Wells and called his mother, Christine, who also hadn't heard from her son.
He then alerted the Coast Guard.

During the interview, Hudson and Tatum visited Horn Island, pushing back on claims it's a secluded spot.
They said up to 2,000 people celebrated the 4th of July there, and Wells arrived with a group of over 20 people on three boats.
Hudson also claimed that friends panicked while trying to get Wells to leave on a malfunctioning boat, but Wells allegedly refused.
Wells' body was found in the water off Horn Island on July 6. The investigation into his death is ongoing.

Hudson said he left Horn Island at 4:30 PM and, after returning to the mainland, ate, slept, and went to another party, assuming Wells would return on someone else's boat.
He described this as a common practice on the island.
But Wells never made it back.
