A newly surfaced video from the day Nolan Wells went missing could provide crucial clues about his final hours at the Horn Island 4th of July party.
TMZ obtained the footage, which shows multiple boats and a crowd of people partying.

In the clip, a Black man is seen standing on the back deck of a boat, bending over to get a drink.
The man's trunks match the color of those Nolan wore in a photo taken earlier that day with friends.
The video also captures a couple of older adults on the same boat, anchored in neck-deep water, with several people nearby.
Metadata indicates the video was recorded at 2:23 PM.

Although the man's face is not visible, the person who recorded the footage believed it could be Nolan and brought it to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office last week.
A law enforcement source confirmed investigators are aware of the clip. If it is Nolan, this would be the last known image of the 18-year-old.
Around 4:30 PM, the boat Nolan's friends were on left the island and returned to the Mississippi mainland without him, according to GPS data.

Nolan disappeared after his friends departed. His body was found July 6 on the Horn Island shoreline.
No witnesses have publicly reported seeing him after 4:30 PM on July 4.
Nolan's family is conducting its own investigation, including an independent autopsy.
He was laid to rest Monday at Center Pointe Church in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, in a service officiated by Rev.
