Christopher Griffith, the man accusing NFL star Stefon Diggs of sexual assault, says he now has hard evidence linking Diggs to a violent attack.

Griffith filed court documents stating he plans to add new allegations to his lawsuit using evidence obtained during discovery.

According to the documents, Griffith obtained text messages and phone records from Diggs' assistant.

The messages allegedly show coordination of the attack, including flight and hotel bookings with one of Griffith's assailants on the day of the incident.

Phone logs also indicate Diggs called the same assailant during the attack.

Griffith says this coincides with surveillance footage showing the alleged assailant on his phone in Griffith's apartment building.

Griffith also wants to add a defamation claim against Diggs.

This stems from a social media post where Diggs seemingly addressed the legal battle, writing, “Mamas a n**** lying on my name because he got caught stealing.”

Diggs added, “Trying to act like this n**** is a victim because he lying is crazy.” Griffith argues the message is defamatory.

The amended complaint is part of Griffith's ongoing lawsuit against Diggs.

He claims Diggs drugged and sexually assaulted him in May 2023 at his Maryland home after Griffith rejected his advances.

Griffith also alleges Diggs had his brother and other men brutally assault him a week later to keep him silent.

Diggs initially filed a lawsuit against Griffith, claiming the accuser ruined his reputation by making false allegations.
