A late-night shooting in Trenton, New Jersey, left two people dead and nine others injured, authorities said.
Police responded to a row house on Locust Street around 12:25 AM Sunday after receiving reports of multiple gunshots, according to local outlets.
Upon arrival, officers found several people suffering from gunshot wounds.
Two victims were pronounced dead at the scene, while nine others were transported to hospitals for treatment.
Some of the wounded were taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center.
Investigation Underway
The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office Homicide Task Force is leading the investigation.
Authorities have not yet identified the victims or released information about a possible suspect or motive.
The investigation remains active as authorities work to determine what led to the violence.
