Design and Cutting System
The shaver features a dual-ring, three-head design with an irregular corrugated foil made via metal injection molding. The foil is paired with concave stainless steel blades.
Xiaomi claims the geometry helps guide facial hair into the cutting zone, reducing pulling and snagging.
The company says this improves shaving efficiency by about 48% compared to its previous model.
Adaptive Power and Skin Comfort
Inside, a motor delivers 5 million cutting actions per minute.

An onboard chip monitors blade resistance roughly 100 times per second, automatically increasing power when encountering denser beard patches.
The shaving heads feature a micro-bead coating to reduce friction against the skin.
The foil is made from low-nickel stainless steel meeting European nickel release standards, beneficial for users with metal contact dermatitis.

The entire head assembly sits on a 360-degree floating frame to maintain contact with angular areas like the jawline.
Battery and Charging
The shaver charges via USB-C and takes about two hours for a full charge. Xiaomi advertises a 90-day battery life based on a one-minute daily shave.
It also supports pass-through charging, allowing use while plugged in.
Water Resistance and Accessories
The device is IPX7-rated for full water resistance, enabling wet and dry use. A one-button pop-up hinge simplifies rinsing out hair.
