Former NFL running back Le'Veon Bell was arrested over the weekend in connection with child support payments, according to his attorney.
Bell's lawyer, Thomas Shaffer, told TMZ that the former Pittsburgh Steelers star is struggling to meet the payments, which were based on his previous NFL salary—a salary he has not earned in years.
