Adam Sandler had a pressing question for the Nantucket Police Department after arriving on the island following his role as officiant at Taylor Swift's wedding.
He wanted to know where he could play basketball outdoors, and police have released audio of the call.

The comedian called the non-emergency line on July 5, saying, "Hi, I'm visiting your island right now and I was wondering if you could answer a question.
I like to play basketball. Is there any outdoor courts where people play?"

The dispatcher took the request seriously, thought for a moment, and then informed Sandler of the only possible option.

Sandler thanked the dispatcher without identifying himself and said he would check it out.
It turned out Sandler got his wish and played pickup basketball with a group on Backus Lane behind The Muse & Pizza Joint.

Just 48 hours earlier, Sandler had officiated the wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce at Madison Square Garden on July 3, an event attended by hundreds of celebrities, friends, and family members.
