Tipster Kacper Skrzypek has revealed details about the Poco X8 in a new post on X, reviving a model many thought was cancelled.
The device was discovered in HyperOS code, showing a 50-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

The Poco X8 is expected to be a rebranded version of China's Redmi Note 17 Pro, which has the same rear camera setup.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro is currently exclusive to China but may launch globally soon.
According to the leak, the Indian variant of the Poco X8 could retain the 9,000mAh battery from the Chinese model.

The global version might feature a slightly smaller 8,340mAh battery.
The tipster did not confirm whether separate global and Indian variants exist or reveal other specifications.

As a rebranded Redmi Note 17 Pro, the Poco X8 is expected to sport a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
It may also pack a Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset, 67W fast charging, 22.5W reverse charging, and an 8-megapixel front camera.
No launch timeline for the Poco X8 has been revealed yet.

It is unclear whether the Poco X8 and the previously leaked Poco M8 Power will debut together.
