Vivo has introduced the T5 Lite 44W 5G in India, a budget smartphone built around a large battery and rugged construction.
The device packs a 6,500mAh battery that retains at least 80% capacity after 1,600 charge cycles.

It supports 44W wired charging, reaching 50% in 38 minutes.
Durable Design and Display
The T5 Lite 5G carries an IP65 rating for dust and water jet resistance, along with MIL-STD-810H certification for drop and shock resistance.
It weighs 209 grams and measures 8.39mm thick.
The phone sports a 6.74-inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,200 nits peak brightness, though resolution is HD+ (1600 x 720).
Performance and Camera
Under the hood, the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 (6nm) processor powers the device.

It comes with 4GB or 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2 storage, expandable up to 2TB via microSD.
For photography, the rear houses a 50MP main camera paired with a 0.08MP secondary lens. A 5MP front camera sits in the notch.
The back also features an RGB ring light for notifications.
Additional hardware includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Software and AI Features
The T5 Lite runs Android 16 with Vivo's Origin OS 6.0.
It includes AI tools for text generation and audio transcription, plus a Private Space for securing files.
Pricing and Availability
The Vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G will be available in India from July 22 via Flipkart, Vivo's online store, and offline retailers.
Color options are Twilight Shadow and Wave Blue.
