Mailson Araujo, a Brazilian bodybuilding influencer and rising professional, has died at the age of 35.
He passed away on Monday after suffering a medical emergency at his home in Alagoinhas, Brazil.

His mother, a nursing technician, immediately provided aid, and first responders also arrived quickly. Despite their efforts, Araujo was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of death has not yet been announced.

The incident occurred just hours after Araujo posted a series of gym photos on his Instagram account.
That post has since become a place for family, friends, and fans to share their condolences.

Araujo had built a following of more than 32,000 on Instagram, where he regularly shared intense training videos, progress pictures, and fitness advice.
He earned his professional bodybuilding card in 2023 and was preparing to compete in the Musclecontest bodybuilding competition on July 17 in Curitiba.

Outside of bodybuilding, Araujo was also a singer who performed at his local evangelical church.
