The Xiaomi 17 Max, unveiled last week, has officially gone on sale in China starting today. It is the largest battery smartphone from Xiaomi, packing an 8000mAh capacity.
The device starts at 4,299 yuan (around $630) for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant.

The 16GB + 256GB model is priced at 4,599 yuan (about $675).
For more storage, the 12GB + 512GB version costs 4,899 yuan (approximately $720). The top-end 16GB + 512GB model is available for 5,299 yuan (around $780).
The Xiaomi 17 Max comes in White, Sky Blue, and Pixel Black color options.

Global availability has not been announced, but international buyers can purchase the device from Giztop.
Xiaomi 17 Max Specifications
The phone features a 6.9-inch SuperPixel 120Hz display with 2K resolution, designed to consume less power than a typical 1.5K screen.
On the front, there is a 32MP selfie camera.
The rear camera system is developed with Leica, including a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens.

The periscope telephoto lens supports 3x optical zoom, 6x optical-grade lossless zoom, and 15cm macro close-up.
The 8000mAh Xiaomi Jinshajiang battery has a silicon content of up to 16% and an energy density of 894Wh/L.
It supports 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.

In actual tests, the Xiaomi 17 Max achieved a combined battery life of up to 20.8 hours and video playback of 33.3 hours, surpassing the combined battery life of two iPhone 17 Pro Max phones.
