According to the legal document, Paul claims she has video and photographic evidence to support her case.

The petition is not a restraining order but asks a judge to order Eaton to stop stalking or harassing her.

Video Sparks Legal Action

Eaton posted a TikTok video showing Paul crying as Mortensen filmed her during an intense argument where he accused her of being abusive.

In the caption, Eaton defended Mortensen, saying he doesn't start the fights and has no way of knowing when to record.

The video surfaced amid an ongoing custody battle between Paul and Mortensen over their 2-year-old son, Ever.

Paul temporarily lost custody earlier this year after abuse allegations and a 2023 domestic violence incident was published by TMZ.
