Josh Duggar has been transferred again, this time to a federal prison in Ohio, making visits from his family in Arkansas far more challenging.

The former "19 Kids and Counting" star is now at FCI Elkton in Lisbon, Ohio, after a temporary stay at FTC Oklahoma City.

His attorney, Beau Brindley, said the distance will severely limit face-to-face visits with his wife, Anna, and their seven children.

Brindley noted the family would have to drive over 13 hours and more than 850 miles to reach the prison.

The attorney believes Duggar's multiple transfers in recent months are punitive, stemming from Duggar's court disclosure that correctional officers allegedly opened his legal mail at Seagoville.
