Colleen Zenk, an actress known for her role on 'The Young and the Restless,' failed multiple sobriety tests and allegedly attempted to flee the scene before her recent DUI arrest in Florida.
According to police in Naples, the 73-year-old was booked on two DUI charges on May 15 after crashing into a parked car in front of a Tommy Bahama store.

A witness told officers that Zenk initially tried to leave the scene but was stopped a short distance away.
The witness also reported that Zenk was stumbling when she got out of her vehicle.

Police said Zenk admitted to drinking two cups of wine at Bar Tulia and agreed to perform field sobriety exercises, but she performed poorly.
According to the police report, she had difficulty balancing while walking to the sidewalk and moved her head instead of just her eyes when following a pen.
The officer noted that her eyes made 'rapid, repetitive and uncontrollable side to side movements' when the pen was held at a 45-degree angle.

Zenk also failed the walk-and-turn and one-leg stand tests, swaying so much that officers feared she would fall.
Her blood alcohol content was measured at 0.206 and 0.192, well above the legal limit. She was taken to jail, where her mugshot was taken.

Zenk is best known for playing Barbara Ryan on 'As the World Turns' from 1978 to 2010 and recently joined 'The Young and the Restless' as Jordan Howard.
