Blake Lively is seeking nearly $8 million in attorneys' fees and court costs from Justin Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer, following the dismissal of his defamation lawsuit against her.
According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the actress is requesting $7,495,526.87 in attorneys' fees incurred while defending herself against Baldoni's lawsuit, along with $539,514.01 in court costs and expenses.

Baldoni's $400 million defamation suit against Lively was thrown out, and a judge recently ruled that he must cover her legal bills, though Lively was denied other damages.
This development comes after Lively and Baldoni settled their years-long legal battle in May, just before trial was set to begin on her claims of breach of contract and retaliation.
Lively had alleged she lost millions due to an alleged smear campaign by Baldoni and his team during the fallout from their film "It Ends With Us," and also made claims of sexual harassment.
