Austin Sosa, estranged husband of actress Jamie King, is pushing to finalize their divorce as quickly as possible — even without a settlement agreement.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Sosa filed a request to move the case forward, stating he is tired of waiting for King to respond.

He is asking the court to end the marriage by default.
In the filing, Sosa acknowledged there is no agreement between the parties but claimed there are no assets or debts to divide.

He also checked a box waiving his right to collect spousal support from King.
Sosa initially filed for divorce in January 2026, revealing the couple had secretly married in 2025.
The split came weeks after King was linked to hotelier Vikram Chatwal — a connection she denied as romantic.

King previously stated she was “completely blindsided” by the divorce, saying it “came out of nowhere.”
She claimed she had been with Sosa the day before he filed and believed they were working on their relationship.

The actress was previously married to producer Kyle Newman, with their divorce finalized in 2023.
