A former Arby's employee in Oklahoma faces legal trouble after allegedly spitting on a customer's food and transmitting herpes, according to police and a new lawsuit.
Amanda Hendricks was arrested last Sunday and booked for felony food poisoning, a representative from the McCurtain County Sheriff's Office told TMZ.

She remains in custody with a $25,000 bond.
The lawsuit was filed by Jennica Church, who claims she visited the Arby's drive-thru in Broken Bow, OK, in late March and ordered sandwiches.
Hendricks was working that night and prepared the food.

Church alleges that Hendricks "intentionally and deliberately spit on the meat or sandwich components" while knowing she had "oral herpes" and was experiencing an active outbreak with visible lesions.
After eating the sandwich, Church said she developed flare-ups around her mouth. A doctor's STD test confirmed she had herpes.
Church now lives in constant fear of transmitting the disease to family and friends.

She is suing both the restaurant and Hendricks for battery, emotional distress, and other claims, seeking unspecified damages including punitive damages.
The lawsuit also states that Church believes surveillance video from the restaurant shows Hendricks spitting on the sandwiches while preparing the order.
Church later told a news outlet that she and Hendricks knew each other and had a history, but described it as "nothing major."
