LeBron James is diving into golf, and PGA Tour star Sam Burns is thrilled about it.
Speaking to TMZ Sports at a golf event in St. Louis, Burns said the NBA legend's involvement is a major win for the sport.
"I think as a fan of golf, I mean, to have LeBron James be a supporter and obviously growing the game is great," Burns said.
"He has such an impact on so many people around the world. So it's great for our sport.
It's great for what he's doing for it. And we're happy to see him out there enjoying some golf."
When asked if he'd like to play with LeBron, Burns didn't hesitate: "Oh, yeah. I'd love to!"
James recently launched a YouTube golf channel, and his first video has already racked up over 2 million views.
In the clip, he tees off in Scotland with his 2016 Cleveland Cavaliers championship teammates, including JR Smith, Tristan Thompson, and Kevin Love.
Meanwhile, Burns was busy giving back with Raising Cane's at the Highlands Golf and Tennis Center in Missouri.
The five-time PGA Tour winner hosted an afternoon of fun for local kids, sharing tips, signing autographs, and even cooking up some chicken fingers.
