Xiaomi has updated its end-of-life (EOL) list, adding several new devices that will no longer receive software updates.
The newly added models include the Xiaomi 12S Pro, Xiaomi 12 Lite, Redmi Pad SE, Redmi Note 12R, Redmi 12R, and Redmi 12 5G.

What Does EOL Status Mean?
Devices on the EOL list stop receiving HyperOS updates and monthly security patches.
However, Xiaomi may still release critical security fixes if a severe vulnerability is discovered.

These devices will continue to function, but they won't get new features or protection against emerging threats.

Xiaomi regularly updates the EOL list to reflect which devices are no longer supported.
If your device is on the list, it's wise to consider upgrading to a newer model.

Xiaomi is also preparing HyperOS 4, based on Android 17, which promises significant visual upgrades and new features.
