The iQOO 16 is expected to debut with the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro, while the Neo 12 could feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.

Display specifications (rumored)
According to tipster Digital Chat Station, both phones will feature 2K resolution displays.
The iQOO 16 is said to sport a 6.85-inch panel with a 165Hz refresh rate, supplied by Samsung Display.
The iQOO Neo 12 is tipped to have a 6.83-inch display from Visionox, supporting either 165Hz or 185Hz refresh rate.

Other expected specs
The iQOO 16 may pack an 8,500mAh battery with 100W wired and wireless charging.
It could also include a dedicated display chip, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint recognition, dual speakers, and an X-axis linear motor.

Rumored features include IP68/IP69 ratings, USB 3.2 connectivity, and an AR coating.
The iQOO 16 is expected to have a triple rear camera setup with three 50-megapixel sensors, including a 1/1.3-inch primary camera, an ultrawide lens, and a periscope telephoto lens.
The Neo 12 is expected to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and may feature a battery exceeding 9,000mAh, along with 100W charging, a dedicated display chip, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
