Taylor Frankie Paul's mother is publicly defending her daughter amid a heated custody battle with ex-husband Tate Paul.
Liann May took to social media to slam Tate, accusing him of trying to keep Taylor's children away from their mother.
She stated that Tate knows Taylor is a great mother and that keeping the kids from her only harms them.
“My grandkids LOVE their mommy more than anyone or anything in this world,” Liann wrote.
Her post came just hours after Tate filed a restraining order and requested sole custody of their children.

A source close to Taylor claims that her ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen spread lies about her, which ultimately convinced Tate to file the legal documents.
In addition, Dakota recently contacted police about his protective order concerning drop-offs and custody of their child.
Police were called to Taylor's home over the weekend, and the district attorney is now handling the matter.
