Portronics has introduced the Vayu Nano, a compact portable tire inflator designed for cyclists and motorcyclists who need a space-saving solution for roadside emergencies.
Weighing just 185 grams, roughly the same as an average smartphone, the device fits easily into a jacket pocket, small bag, or scooter storage compartment.

Compact Design and Key Specifications
The Vayu Nano features a matte-black finish and includes a short 7.5cm air hose.
It is not intended for inflating car tires from scratch but is suitable for two-wheelers and minor top-ups.
Internally, the inflator can deliver up to 120 PSI.
According to Portronics, this is sufficient for motorcycles (typically around 45 PSI), bicycles (around 35 PSI), and standard sports balls.
The company claims it can fill a tire from 0 to 35 PSI in under five minutes.

While not as fast as a garage compressor, it provides a practical solution for fixing a flat tire on the road.
User-Friendly Features
The device has a digital display that shows current tire pressure in PSI or BAR, along with a battery indicator.
It offers preset modes for different inflatables and a manual custom setting.
An auto shut-off function allows users to set a target pressure; the inflator stops automatically once that pressure is reached, preventing over-inflation.

The Vayu Nano runs on a dual 600mAh battery setup and charges via USB-C, compatible with existing phone chargers or power banks.
It also includes a built-in LED light with an SOS mode for visibility in the dark.
Pricing and Availability
The official MRP of the Vayu Nano is ₹4,999, but Portronics is offering it at a launch price of ₹2,999.
It comes with a 12-month warranty.
