Oppo has started rolling out its June 2026 update for ColorOS 16 in India, introducing a range of features focused on convenience, entertainment, and security.

One of the key additions is the Sports Widget, which lets users track football tournament schedules, scores, and match updates directly from the Home Screen and Shelf.

AI-powered suggestions can automatically display match information before games begin, reducing the need to open dedicated sports apps.

The update also introduces Audio Sharing, allowing a compatible Oppo smartphone to connect with two Bluetooth earphones simultaneously.

This enables two users to enjoy movies, music, or other audio content together from a single device.

In the app drawer, the Categories section now includes app recommendations based on usage patterns, helping users access frequently used apps more quickly.

On the security front, ColorOS 16 now includes Accessibility Security Alerts.

If an app installed from an unknown source gains Accessibility access, users receive an immediate notification and can revoke the permission directly from the alert.

This helps identify potentially risky activity without navigating through multiple settings menus.

The Weather app has been enhanced with moonrise and moonset timings, along with live moon phase information.

For outdoor use, Oppo has improved Outdoor Mode by allowing up to four favorite apps to be pinned for quicker access.

The company says the mode also delivers smoother app switching and improved location responsiveness.

The June update further adds support for 2K screenshots in Game Capture, allowing gamers to save higher-resolution gameplay moments.
