Redmi has officially confirmed that the Redmi K90 Ultra will launch in China on June 30.
The company also revealed key details about the device ahead of its debut.

The handset is positioned as a performance-focused gaming flagship in the 3,000-Yuan (~$440) price segment. It is designed to deliver sustained performance during extended gaming sessions.
Space Silver Design Revealed
Alongside the launch date, Redmi showcased the K90 Ultra in a Space Silver color option.
The rear panel features a large horizontal camera module with a dual-camera setup, similar to the Redmi K90 Max.

Images shared by the brand reveal a wide air outlet beneath the camera module. This indicates that the built-in cooling fan is deeply integrated into the phone's structure.
Redmi is expected to use an independent cooling architecture similar to the K90 Max. This allows the active cooling system to operate without affecting battery capacity or durability.
Performance and Battery
The smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with upgraded thermal management. Redmi claims the built-in fan helps sustain peak performance during demanding gaming workloads.

According to the company, the phone can maintain a stable frame rate for up to 60 minutes in a graphically intensive 3D turn-based mobile game at the highest settings, without frequency throttling.
Players can expect smoother movement, more responsive combat, and fluid visual effects.
Reports indicate the device could pack a battery exceeding 8,500mAh with support for 100W wired fast charging.
