Big Tigger, the longtime radio host and former "Rap City" presenter, was arrested Saturday on charges of battery and third-degree cruelty to children, according to police records.

The 51-year-old entertainer, whose legal name is Darian Morgan, was booked into the Fulton County Jail on Saturday morning but released later that day after posting bonds totaling $10,000.

Jail officials confirmed that a $9,000 bond covered the aggravated battery charge, while a $1,000 bond was set for the cruelty-to-children charge.

The arrest follows a reported incident in May involving Morgan's wife, Alicia Brown, which led to a domestic dispute investigation.

Morgan was named a suspect in that case, though it remains unclear if the two incidents are connected.

Dispatch records show Brown sought medical treatment for her injuries before police were contacted.

She was later taken to a hospital, but authorities said her injuries were not life-threatening.

In a previous statement to TMZ, Morgan denied the allegations, saying, "I want to say categorically that these allegations and accusations that have been circulating are false."

He added, "Out of respect for everyone involved, I ask for grace, privacy, and restraint as my family navigates this difficult moment."

The cruelty-to-children charge is particularly notable, as Morgan and his wife welcomed a son in 2025. No further details about that charge have been released.

It is also unclear whether any charges were filed in the May incident. Morgan has not responded to requests for comment.
