The HOA had sued Ryan and Kayla in November 2025, alleging they failed to pay fees and assessments for maintenance on their 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2,800-square-foot home in Gainesville, Florida.

The property is valued at around $660,000, up from the $547,000 they paid in 2021.

Kayla filed for divorce in March 2025 after seven years of marriage. The couple shares three minor children.

The divorce is not yet finalized.
