Southern Command General Francis L. Donovan ordered the lethal kinetic strike on a vessel identified as a Designated Terrorist Organization.
The boat had three suspected drug traffickers aboard.
The video, posted Thursday on X, shows the vessel traveling through the Eastern Pacific waters. Suddenly, it explodes after being hit by the strike.
General Donovan confirmed all three men on the boat were killed. No American personnel were injured.
This is part of a broader campaign. Under the Trump administration, the military has regularly targeted alleged narco-terrorists on boats.
