John Schneider is pushing back against his ex-wife's demand for millions in unpaid spousal support, arguing that her calculations are flawed.
The "Dukes of Hazzard" star filed new legal documents asking a judge to deny Elvira Schneider's latest motion, which claims he owes more than $2.3 million.
John asserts that Elvira provided no evidence to support the amount and that she made mathematical errors in her calculations.
A judge has not yet ruled on the matter.
Elvira filed documents in March alleging John was significantly behind on payments. She stated he owed $2,382,548, including nearly $1 million in interest.
The couple divorced in 2014 after 21 years of marriage, with a settlement in 2019 requiring John to pay $25,000 per month in spousal support.
Elvira is seeking a portion of John's Screen Actors Guild pension and Social Security checks until the alleged debt is settled, but John is resisting.
