Thais Ramone, star of "90 Day Fiancé," is locked in a custody battle with her ex-husband Patrick Mendes over their 3-year-old daughter.
She filed court documents objecting to Patrick being awarded primary custody, instead proposing joint legal and physical custody.

Thais also requested monthly child and spousal support from Patrick.
In her filing, Thais acknowledged the marriage is over with no chance of reconciliation. The couple wed in February 2022 and welcomed their daughter in November 2023.

Patrick's divorce petition stated he earns $10,000 per month, while Thais earns about half that. He did not seek child or spousal support from her.

Patrick also asked the court to award him $8,000 from his 401K, a Honda Ridgeline, and their Tempur-Pedic mattress.
The divorce follows Thais' arrest for allegedly slapping Patrick during an argument at their Las Vegas home. Prosecutors declined to press charges.

A representative for the couple told TMZ: "Domestic matters can be deeply emotional and complex, and we encourage compassion, privacy, and due process for all parties involved."
