iQOO has officially launched the iQOO 15T in China, marking its latest entry in the performance flagship segment.
The device draws design inspiration from the iQOO 15 Ultra, featuring a Future Capsule rear camera module and a low-temperature matte-finish frame.

Display and Performance
The iQOO 15T sports a 6.82-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 1Hz to 144Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate.
It offers a resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels and a peak brightness of up to 4500 nits.
The BOE Q10+ panel supports HDR, P3 wide color gamut, 2592Hz PWM dimming, and multiple eye-comfort technologies.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition chipset.
This octa-core CPU is clocked at up to 4.21GHz, paired with an ARM G1-Ultra GPU.
iQOO also includes its self-developed Q3 gaming chip, which enables real-time ray tracing, 2K super-resolution, and up to 144FPS frame interpolation in supported games.
The device comes with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.
It runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, and iQOO claims the phone will remain smooth for up to five years.

Camera System
For cameras, the iQOO 15T features a dual rear setup headlined by a 200MP main camera.
The sensor measures 1/1.56-inch with an f/1.88 aperture, OIS, and CIPA 4.5-grade stabilization.
It supports 4x lossless zoom, up to 40x digital zoom, and full focal-length portraits from 23mm to 100mm.
Other features include Live Photos, Super Moon mode, night photography, professional video, and up to 8K video recording.
The main camera is joined by a 50MP ultra-wide camera with macro support.
On the front, the phone has a 16MP selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture and up to 1080p video recording.
Battery and Charging
The device packs an 8000mAh Blue Ocean battery with second-generation semi-solid-state battery technology.

It supports 100W fast charging, OTG reverse charging, and a direct power supply mode for gaming.
