Soulja Boy's ex-girlfriend is taking legal steps to have his music residuals sold to satisfy a multi-million dollar judgment against him.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a former assistant who later had a two-year relationship with the rapper filed a notice of intent to sell his rights to collect residuals from Broadcast Music.

She plans to sell to the highest bidder.

The woman, identified as Jane Doe in the filing, stated the sale will proceed unless Soulja objects.

Jane was awarded nearly $4 million after a jury found the rapper liable for sexual battery, emotional distress, and other claims.

Soulja's lawyer previously said the evidence does not support the verdict.

In her lawsuit, Jane alleged the romantic relationship quickly turned violent, claiming Soulja locked her in a room without food for days.

Soulja denied all wrongdoing, admitting to a relationship but saying he hired her to roll his blunts.

The jury sided with Jane, and now she is moving to collect the judgment by selling his music residuals.
