Google has introduced the Google Home Speaker, the first audio product designed specifically for its Gemini AI assistant.
The device aims to make voice interactions more natural and conversational.

Instead of requiring fixed command phrases, the speaker understands natural requests, follows context, and handles multiple instructions in one sentence.
Users can correct themselves mid-speech without restarting a command.
The speaker offers 10 new voice options for more natural responses. Gemini can answer complex questions by combining information from multiple sources and reasoning through steps.

Continued conversations allow follow-up questions without repeating the wake phrase.
Audio and Smart Home Features
The Google Home Speaker delivers 360-degree audio for balanced sound throughout a room. Advanced microphone processing improves voice recognition in various environments.
It can pair with a Google TV Streamer, supporting up to two speakers for spatial surround sound.

For additional AI features, Google Home Premium unlocks Gemini Live conversations, camera history search for compatible Nest cameras, and Home Brief summaries.
Google Home Premium is included at no extra cost for subscribers to AI Pro and AI Ultra plans.

The Google Home Speaker is available for pre-order now and will go on sale June 25. It costs $99.99.
