The Balance 3 features a 51.4mm case with a thickness of 14.6mm.
The initial model uses a stainless steel body (62g), while a lighter titanium version (55g) will arrive later.
It sports a 1.5-inch AMOLED screen protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass. The display reaches a peak brightness of 3,000 nits for outdoor visibility.

Health and Fitness Tracking
Amazfit's HybridCharge Energy Intelligence system monitors training load, daily stress, and sleep patterns. It offers recommendations on physical capacity and rest timing.
Over 180 sports modes are supported, including HYROX racing tools with built-in training plans and pace simulations.
For navigation, dual-band GPS, offline maps, turn-by-turn directions, and automatic rerouting are included.

Standard health features include 24/7 heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), skin temperature, and stress monitoring.
