Huawei has listed official spare-part prices for its new Mate XT 2 tri-fold, which launched on September 7, 2026.
The pricing shows that repairs outside warranty will be costly, especially for the foldable display and mainboard.
Display and Assembly Costs
The flexible screen main body alone is priced at 5,499 yuan, or about $819.
For the privacy screen version, that part rises to 6,499 yuan, roughly $968.
Full screen assemblies, which include the screen, mid-frame, and battery, start at 6,999 yuan for special-offer units with cosmetic marks.
The privacy-screen equivalent of that assembly is 7,999 yuan.
Regular full assemblies begin at 7,999 yuan, while the privacy model reaches 8,999 yuan.
The external screen is listed at 1,599 yuan, and a battery replacement costs 499 yuan.
Motherboard and Other Components
Motherboard prices scale with storage: 6,099 yuan for the 256GB version, 7,699 yuan for 512GB, and 9,299 yuan for 1TB.
Camera modules fall in the middle range.
The rear Red Maple original-color camera is 299 yuan, and the main rear camera is 949 yuan.
Wide-angle, telephoto, and front cameras are priced between those two.
Smaller parts are more affordable: a fingerprint sensor is 93 yuan, a battery cover is 399 yuan, or 1,399 yuan with the camera lens.
A data cable costs 129 yuan, and a protective film is 249 yuan.
The full parts list for the top-spec 2TB stylus version is not yet available.
The phone itself starts at 19,999 yuan for the 16GB + 256GB model and goes up to 29,999 yuan for the 16GB + 2TB stylus kit with a privacy screen.
