A 65-year-old woman in California is behind bars on a murder charge after police responded to a cryptic 911 call and found a person dead.
The Riverside County Sheriff's Office said deputies received a call for "unknown trouble" on Friday morning in Palm Desert.
When they arrived, they discovered a victim with "traumatic injuries consistent with a physical assault," according to authorities.
The victim, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Homicide investigators located Vicky Kim nearby and arrested her in connection with the murder.
Kim was booked into the Riverside County jail, where she posed for a smiling mugshot.
The sheriff's office has not disclosed a motive or further details about the alleged crime.
