Haier Europe is set to present its latest smart-home technologies at IFA 2026 under the theme “Home of Intelligent Possibilities.”

The company emphasizes making AI, connectivity, and design work seamlessly in daily life.

The showcase will span laundry, refrigeration, cooking, dishwashing, TVs, and floorcare, highlighting how AI can simplify routines.

AI-Driven Laundry Solutions

A key highlight is the Vision 15 Collection, which integrates cameras and AI into washing machines.

The AI Vision Sense camera monitors the wash cycle, detects load size, and suggests suitable programs.

It can also identify mixed colors, monitor foam levels, and check for trapped items.

The system works with Haier’s AI Power Sense System, which uses nine sensors and algorithms to track load weight, balance, water level, temperature, detergent dosing, and drum movement.

The machine learns user habits through AI Memory, while AI Smart Dosing manages detergent.

Ultra Mix Pro mixes detergent, water, and air before washing, and Ultra Fresh Air Pro uses air circulation, gentle movement, and UV treatment to keep laundry fresh for up to 12 hours.

The Vision 15 Tumble Dryer features Ultra Sense technology, which performs a 3D scan of the load to detect residual moisture even in inner layers of padded items.

It continuously adjusts drying until clothes are completely dry.

The dryer also uses Ultra Reverse Drum with bidirectional rotation to reduce tangles and creases.

Another innovation is the Multi Care Laundry Studio, which combines four independent drums in one appliance: a 10kg washing drum, two 1kg drums, and an 8kg dryer.

Despite its multi-drum design, it is only 598mm deep and requires just one plug, one water connection, and one drainage connection.

Interaction options include AI Sense, which activates the display when a user approaches; Knock Sense, which opens the upper drum with a tap; and Wave Sense, which uses gestures for the lower drum.

Smart Refrigeration and Kitchen Appliances

Haier’s Horizon Collection refrigerators can reach 700 litres and include the Hydro Hub, which uses cameras, AI, and a food database to recognize food, estimate shelf life, and suggest storage locations.
