Casio has updated its iconic F-91W digital watch line in the US with the new F-91WF series, now available on its website for $45.95.
The lineup includes three models: F-91WF-1A, F-91WF-2A, and F-91WF-3A, each with different color accents.
The key change is the band, which is now woven from recycled PET fibers instead of the usual resin plastic.
Casio says this cloth material resists scratches and stains, and it offers better breathability and flexibility than plastic.
The band is adjustable and fits wrist sizes from 145 to 215 mm.
Apart from the strap, the watch retains the classic design: a compact 38.2 x 35.2 x 8.5 mm resin case, weighing just 21 grams.
It is water-resistant for splashes but not for swimming, and runs on a CR2016 battery with an estimated seven-year life.
Features include 12/24-hour time, day and date display, green LED backlight, a 1/100-second stopwatch, daily alarm, auto-calendar, and hourly time signal.
The timekeeping module is accurate to plus or minus 30 seconds per month.
Casio also recently launched a limited-edition matcha green retro watch and new AQ-240E models with navy and glossy black styling.
