Xiaomi's compact Bluetooth Speaker Magnetic Version has officially gone on sale in China after a successful crowdfunding campaign.
The tiny speaker combines audio playback with a magnetic phone stand, offering a more practical design than conventional portable speakers.

It also packs Bluetooth 6.0, RGB lighting, and water resistance in a 95-gram body.
Specifications and Features
The speaker features a 1.5-inch full-range driver with 3W output and supports AAC and SBC audio codecs.
Its magnetic base uses a Hall sensor to detect when a compatible phone is attached, automatically powering on the speaker.
Removing the phone puts it into sleep mode.
iPhone 12 and newer models can attach directly, while Android users can use the included magnetic ring.

A foldable metal ring on top works as both a carrying loop and a phone stand, allowing users to position the phone in landscape or portrait orientation.
The speaker supports TWS stereo pairing with two units, while up to 10 speakers can be connected for a larger multi-speaker setup.
It also carries an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance.
Power comes from a 650mAh battery, with Xiaomi claiming around four hours of continuous playback on a full charge.
Charging is handled through USB-C, while the bottom of the speaker features an RGB light ring that reacts to music.

Bluetooth 6.0 handles wireless connectivity, and the speaker weighs just 95 grams.
Price and Availability
The Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker Magnetic Version is now available in China for a launch price of 149 Yuan (~$22), down from its 199 Yuan (~$30) regular price.
The promotional price is available from Sept. 1 to Sept.
30.
It comes in Dark Gray and Light Brown finishes.
