Brittany also requested sole custody of their 5-year-old son, Cruz, but the judge denied that request pending a future hearing.

In her declaration, Brittany detailed a pattern of abuse she says she endured over the past decade, including "coercive control, financial abuse, emotional and psychological abuse, gaslighting and even physical violence."

She claims Jax threatened to kill her and "gut me like a fish," while also physically attacking her and throwing furniture, causing injuries.

Brittany alleges Jax broke three of her iPhones, an iPad, and destroyed other property at their home.

She also says Jax stalked her, accessed her iPhone, messages, and Instagram account without consent, and deleted messages on her phone.

Additionally, Brittany claims Jax took her $70,000 wedding ring from their home and refused to return it.

According to the filing, Jax threatened to go public with false accusations and posted private messages about their son on OurFamilyWizard, a co-parenting app.

Brittany also alleges Jax called her derogatory names, both privately and in public in front of their child.

She claims Jax used child and spousal support to intimidate her, saying she lived on his dime and would soon have to pay him.

The couple married in 2019, separated, and Brittany filed for divorce in 2024. They have starred in reality shows including "Vanderpump Rules" and "The Valley."
