Xiaomi's latest flagship chipset, the Xring O3, has surfaced in early benchmark tests with impressive results.

The processor scored 3,854 in Geekbench single-core, roughly matching the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and Apple's A19 Pro.

That's about 25% better than the previous Xring O1.

In multi-core, the 10-core CPU hit 15,086 points, well above the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5's scores under 12,000.

This represents a 55% jump over the Xring O1, with better power efficiency than Qualcomm's current top silicon.

Graphics and process node

In 3DMark's Steel Nomad Light test, the Xring O3 outperformed current flagship chipsets by over 40% and the Xring O1 by up to 90%.

The chip is built on TSMC's N3P process, not the newer N2 node expected for competitors.

Xiaomi has confirmed the Xring O3 will power devices like the Xiaomi 18 Fold and Pad 9 Pro Max.

These benchmarks were run on a prototype, so real-world performance may vary.
