iQOO is preparing to launch the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra in China tomorrow, August 10.

Ahead of the official announcement, the device has been spotted on Geekbench 6, revealing a modified version of the Dimensity 9500 chipset.

Modified Dimensity 9500 and Geekbench listing

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra, with model number V2573A, appeared on Geekbench.

The CPU configuration includes one prime core at 4.21GHz, three performance cores at 3.50GHz, and four efficiency cores at 2.70GHz, which aligns with the Dimensity 9500.

However, the GPU differs from the standard Dimensity 9500.

The regular chip has a Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU, but the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra uses a Mali-G1 Ultra MC11, with one less GPU core.

This may result in slightly lower graphics performance, though the difference might not be noticeable in everyday use.

The Geekbench listing also shows 16GB of RAM and Android 16, which will be layered with OriginOS 6.

Reports indicate the phone will be available in configurations like 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB.

Other expected specs include a 6.83-inch flat OLED display with 2K resolution, an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, a massive ~9,000mAh battery with 100W charging, a 16-megapixel front camera, an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel dual-camera setup, a metal middle frame, and an IP68/69-rated body.

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is set to compete with the Redmi K100 Pro series, which uses Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip.
