The Texas gun case against NBA star James Harden has been dismissed, according to court records obtained by TMZ.
The Harris County District Attorney filed a motion to dismiss the case on Thursday, after prosecutors said Harden completed an "alternative resolution agreement."

The specifics of the agreement were not disclosed, but a judge approved the motion and dismissed the case the same day.
This resolution means the case will not hang over Harden's head when the NBA season begins in the fall.

Arrest Details
Harden was arrested in Houston on June 13 after police found a handgun in his vehicle during a traffic stop.
Officers reported the gun was in plain view and not in a holster.

He was taken into custody and charged with a misdemeanor, then released on bond.
Harden has not publicly commented on the arrest or the dismissal.
